Christine Beebe Carter

Guyton – Christine Beebe Carter, 92, passed away June 21, 2020 at Hospice Savannah.

The Effingham County native was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Howard Carter; and her son, Ronnie H. Carter.

Survivors include her sisters, Ollie Milne, Nell Bradham, and Caroline Williams; special niece she referred to as "her little girl", Krystal (Richard) Elkins; special grandchildren, Kristen (Cecilia) Elkins and Keith (Sue) Elkins; special great-grandchildren that referred to her as "Granny", Aliyah, Nadia, John Paul, Adam, and Emmanuel; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Springfield Cemetery Annex.
