Clara D. Rahn

Rincon- Clara Dugger Rahn, 91, died Monday, December 3, 2012 at Effingham Extended Care Facility.

The Effingham County native was a member of Springfield United Methodist Church and the Bible Studies Sunday School Class. She was a homemaker and faithful caregiver to her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton M. Rahn; her parents, Herman and Laucy Dugger; her son, Harold C. Rahn; and her sister, Matilda Rahn.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Johnny Johnson of Tybee Island; grandchildren, Scott Rahn of Richmond Hill, Karla Harris of Kennesaw, Tony Rahn of Knoxville, TN, Jennifer Johnson of Savannah, Joanna Rodenberg of Savannah, and William O. Johnson, III of Rincon; 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Claudine Arnsdorff of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation: 2-3:30 pm Wednesday, December 5, 2012 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 3:30 pm Wednesday, December 5, 2012 in the funeral home chapel.

Interment: Springfield Cemetery Annex.
