Ellabell-Mr. Clark Edward "Ed" Seymour, 60, passed away on Friday, October 25, 2013 at Candler Hospital after a short illness.
Ed was born in Savannah and was preceded in death by his father, Clark Edward Seymour. He retired from Koch Materials after 23 years of service and was a member of C.P. Miller United Methodist Church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, shrimping and gardening.
Survivors include his wife, Bettye "Lu" Seymour; two daughters, Rebecca Lucretia Walker (Dwayne), and Amber Lauren Seymour; grandchildren, Sierra Hughes and Haven Wellmaker; mother and step-father, Betty Kelly McCullough and Lorenzo McCullough; sister, Patricia Ann Casey (Tommy); several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The visitation will be on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 4 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.
The graveside funeral and burial will be on Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery located at 1600 Wheaton Street in Savannah.
