Bloomingdale-Mr. Clayton Edward "Judge" Hearn, Jr., 48, passed away on Wednesday,
March 3, 2010.
Judge was born in Chatham County to the late Clayton Edward Hearn, Sr. and Fae
Beasley Hearn and was also preceded in death by a brother, William Lloyd "Ponchie"
Hearn. He was the owner/operator of R & R Electric and enjoyed hunting, fishing and
Nascar. He was involved in numerous charitable works throughout the community and
was always willing to give when someone else needed it the most.
Survivors include his wife, Rosanne Hearn; daughter, Rachel Hearn; brothers and
sisters-in-law, Johnny (Lois) Hearn, Larry (Nichole) Hearn and Ricky (Jenny) Hearn;
father and mother-in-law, Vincent (Patricia) Drescher; brothers-in-law, Vince (Lisa)
Drescher, Jr. and Brian (Shelly) Drescher; aunt, Janelle Belcher and a number of nieces,
nephews and cousins.
The visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
The funeral to celebrate Judge's life will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday in the chapel of the
funeral home. Rev. Loran Smith will officiate. Active pallbearers will be Clay Lockamy,
Mike Jenkins, Craig Spilliards, Walter Moody, Stephen Weaver, Todd Yates, Kent
Strickland, Gary Yates and Mark Jenkins. Honorary pallbearers will be Arnold Reagan,
Tony Reagan, Joel Beckmann, Greg Rowland and employees of R & R Electric. Burial will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery
Remembrances may be given to Alpha United Methodist Church, 5 East Highway 80,
Bloomingdale, GA 31302.
