Cleveland "Cleve" Delano Williams, Jr. (61) of Guyton, GA was called home on Tuesday, 6/11/24. After a brief battle with cancer, he passed away peacefully with his daughter, Ally, snuggled up in bed beside him, holding his hand.

Cleve was looked up to, loved, and touched the lives of so many. He enjoyed fishing and was very passionate about gardening (mostly because he loved to give family and friends all of his vegetables). He was a giving and caring man, always looking out for everyone else before himself. He recently developed a knack for baking pastries (lots of pastries), and had an overwhelming love for his dog, Abby.

Cleve is preceded in death by his father, Cleveland Delano Williams, Sr., his mother Gloria Ann Bryan, and his pets whom he missed so dearly: Sky, Brooke, Maggie, and Rex.

He leaves behind the absolute love of his life, his daughter Allison "Ally" Williams (Guyton, GA), his three loving sisters, Brenda Buttimer (Alapaha, GA), Lawanda Coleman (Guyton GA), and Donna Hughes (Guyton, GA). He also leaves behind a crew of nephews and a niece who loved him dearly: Gary, Nicholas, Dustin, Ryan, and Anna.

Cleve will be missed for the rest of our days, but the love he shared will live on in our hearts forever.

Visitation: 6-8 pm Friday, June 14, 2024 in the funeral home.

Funeral: 11 am Saturday, June 15, 2024 in the funeral home chapel.

Interment: Springfield Annex Cemetery
