Mr. Clifford Eugene Morgan, Sr., 75, of Bloomingdale, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at his home.

Survivors include his wife, Julie A. Morgan; children, Clifford Eugene Morgan, Jr. (fiancé, Amy Jenkins), Emily Felix (Jaime), and Micah Thornton; grandchildren, Gregory Ashton Reese, Jared McKamie, Jaydelyn Grace Morgan, Julien Thornton, and Jennifer Ludwig; great-grandchildren, Westin "Hoss" Reese, Virginia Reese, and Damon Stephenson; siblings, Dwight Morgan (Deloris), Richard Morgan (Anita), Nora White (Jimmy), and Marie Ricker (Don); sister-in-law, Dale Morgan; brother-in-law, Allen Gaydos (Vickie) as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Cliff was born in Savannah, Georgia to the late William Doyle Morgan "Bill" and Mary Elizabeth Presley Morgan "Nancy".  He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Jennifer Christina Elizabeth Campbell, and siblings, Robert Morgan, James Morgan, William Doyle Morgan, Jr. "Bill", Robert Morgan, and Mary Geneva Alexander.  Cliff served his country in the United States Army with a tour in Vietnam, and followed in his dad's footsteps by being a plumber/pipe fitter with Local Union 188.  He was a born again Christian and attended South Newington Baptist Church.  He was also very mission minded in his giving, and also served on several mission trips.  He loved being with his family, enjoyed fishing, had a great sense of humor, and will be remembered for being a friend to everyone.

The memorial service to honor Cliff's life will be on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at 1 p.m. at South Newington Baptist Church located at 453 John Carter Road in Bloomingdale.  The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1 p.m. at the church.  Burial will follow at Effingham Memorial Gardens with military honors.  All flowers need to be delivered to the church at 11:30 a.m.
