Mrs. Connie Faye Flythe Riner, 76, of Sylvania, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center.

Connie was born in Augusta, Georgia to the late Spencer Kelly Flythe, Sr. and Marsha Antoinette Blanchard Flythe.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, William L. Riner, and a sister, Marshann Melvis Fortune.  She spent 8 ½ years in the United States Air Force willing to fight for her country.  She was discharged from the Air Force with a back injury.  Her love and giving nature will surely be missed by family and friends.

Survivors include her sister, Mary Turner (Marc); brother, Spencer K. Flythe, Jr. (Teresa); nephew, Spencer "Bud" Kelly Flythe, III; nephew, David Phillips, and many other nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The graveside funeral and burial will be on Monday, February 17, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Meldrim, Georgia
