Springfield – Constance J. Bolyard Cutlip, 86, passed away peacefully August 17, 2025 at her daughter's home in Springfield, GA after a brief illness.

The Michigan native and her husband Jim made their home in Belmont County, Ohio in 1964 where they remained until recently moving to Georgia to be near their daughters.  She was a member of the Morristown United Methodist Church in Morristown, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester Dale Bolyard and Lola Mae Wiggins Bolyard; beloved aunt, Blanche Wiggins;  brother, Jimmy Bolyard; sister, Peggy Velasquez.

Connie loved animals, riding horses, and shopping.  But her biggest joy came from cheering on her daughters at numerous sporting events.  She devoted her life to her husband and daughters, never waivering in kindness, support and strength.

Mom your sweet spirit, loyalty and sense of humor was a gift to all who knew you.  We will forever cherish the bond we shared and find comfort knowing you are watching over us.

Survivors include her husband of 65 years, James E. Cutlip; daughters, Pam Bashlor (Steve) and Beckie Rush; grandchildren, Matt Bashlor (Ashlynn), Bryan Bashlor (Macy), Korie Edwards (Jeremy), Sydnie Warren (Matt), Tyler Bashlor (Haley), and Haylie Reid (Austin); great-grandchildren, Piper Bashlor, Charlotte Warren, Banks Bashlor, Lenie Edwards, Jaxson Bashlor, Fayebeth Warren, Palmer Reid, and Baker Reid; brothers-in-law, John Cutlip and Bill Cutlip (Jerri).

No formal services will be held.
