Ms. Constance Gloria Rawlins Ellis, 70, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

She was born in Hazlehurst, GA to the late W. Herman and Fannie Ruth Ward Rawlins.  She was also preceded in death by her brother, Larry Rawlins.  She was a 1968 graduate of Groves High School and loved animals.  She followed in her mother's footsteps as a member of the Order of Eastern Star Chapter of the Richard T. Turner Masonic Lodge where she served as Past Worthy Matron and Secretary for over 30 years.  She retired from the City of Pooler after many years and later worked helping out at the Pooler Senior Citizens.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Jennifer & John Cannady of Wilmington Island, Janet & Eric Grider of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, Cassidy & Joshua Cannady, Jack & Charlie Grider; her oldest living friend, Willene Stone, and her son, Scott Stone, and many beloved cousins.

The funeral mass will be at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church located at 501 S. Coastal Highway on Monday, February 17 ^th at 10:30 a.m.  A reception will be held after the mass in the Parrish Hall.  The committal service will be on Tuesday, February 18 ^th at 1 p.m. at Gravel Hill Cemetery with Eastern Star Rites.  All flowers are to be delivered to the church.
