WEST CHATHAM CHAPEL IN POOLER
Eden-Ms. Daidre M.C. "Mimi" Royal, 52, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2009
at her home.
Daidre was born in Chatham County and had lived in Eden for the past 35 years. She was
a member of Powers Baptist Church and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her
father, James E. "Jim" Cifers, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Dianne & Christopher Westcott of
Rincon; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Daniel & Crystal Royal of Havelock, NC and
Daryl Royal; grandchildren, Hunter Cifers, Eli Westcott, Babie Royal and Kegan
Westcott; step-granddaughter, Harmony Westcott; mother, Blanche H. Cifers of Eden;
two brothers and sisters-in-law, James S. & Nancy Cifers of Athens, AL and Brian T. &
Pam Cifers of Guyton; special friend, John Wells; aunt and uncle, Dorothy & Henry
Martinez of Melbourne, FL and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 2 p.m. on Sunday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at
Upper Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Bulloch County.
