Port Wentworth-Mrs. Daisy Williams West, 105, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2011 at Westview Nursing Home & Rehab.
Mrs. Daisy was born in Candler County to the late Allen & Minnie Scarboro Williams. She was also preceded in death by husband, Ernest W. West and her brother, Allen Williams. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Port Wentworth where she was a former Sunday school teacher.
Visitation: 9:30 – 10 a.m. on Monday, August 22, 2011 at the funeral home.
Graveside funeral and burial: 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 22, 2011 at Hillcrest Abbey East Cemetery located at 1600 Wheaton Street in Savannah.
