Pooler – Dale Dean Dunn, 63, passed away May 25, 2024 at Candler Hospital.

The Iowa native was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired cabinet manufacturer.

He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Dunn; brothers, Frank Dunn and Glenn Dunn.

Survivors include his wife, Li Hong Dunn; daughters, Shannon Montalvo-Dunn (Jose Montalvo) and Telena Dunn; step-son, Yu Ming Zhang; his mother, Neva Spalding; grandchildren, Austin Fleck, Ashlynn Johnson, Davin Proctor, Elijah Johnson, Isaiah Fleck, Abygaile Johnson, and Collyn Johnson; brother, Paul Dunn; special nephew, Donald Dunn; lifelong friend, Mike Forman; and numerous other friends and family.

Visitation will be 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, June 2, 2024 at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 3 p.m. in the chapel with Rev. Brian Hunter officiating.
