Obituary
Daniel Anderson, 65, of Middleburg, FL, passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2016.
Daniel was born in Vidalia, and was preceded in death by his mother, Grace Wiggins Anderson. He was a 1968 graduate of Groves High School, retired from CSX Transportation and served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a member of Rothwell Baptist Church, and enjoyed fishing, woodworking, watching his grandkids play sports, and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his loving wife, Linda Williams Anderson; daughters, Tammy Renee Wright, Tina Michelle Anderson, and Tracy Anderson Brown; son-in-law, Andrew Brown; grandchildren, Kaylee Diane Detlefsen, Rachel MacKenzie Detlefsen, Jacob Daniel Brown, Cody Allen Brown, Garrett Anderson Brown, Gracynn May Brown; great-grandson, Jackson Detlefsen; his parents, Gilbert and Dean Anderson; brother, Allen Anderson, and his wife, Linda, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
The graveside funeral and burial will be at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2016 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens located at 315 Greenwich Road, Savannah, GA.
