Daniel M. Arnsdorff

Clyo – Daniel M. Arnsdorff, 93, passed away Friday, February 6, 2026 at Spanish Oaks Retreat.

The Effingham County native was a lifelong member of Bethel Lutheran Church, where he faithfully served in many capacities. He had retired from Savannah Sugar Refinery after over 38 years of service. He was an avid outdoorsman, being a member of the Turkey Branch Hunting Club, and loved hunting, fishing, and hearing the dogs run.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Kessler Arnsdorff.

He is survived by his children, Michael Arnsdorff (Angie), Dawn Arnsdorff Baker (David), and Dan Arnsdorff (Yvonne); grandchildren, Darla Jasperson (Nathan), Mac Arnsdorff (Audrey), Amber Arnsdorff, Alec Arnsdorff (Kaylie), Cal Baker (Kendall), and Dusty Baker (Olivia); great-grandchildren, Darius Arnsdorff, Carter Arnsdorff, Chandler Arnsdorff, and Copely Baker; and several nieces/nephew and other relatives.

Visitation: 11 am – 12 noon Monday, February 9, 2026 at Bethal Lutheran Church.

Funeral: 12 Noon Monday, February 9, 2026 at Bethel Lutheran Church.

Interment: Bethel Lutheran Church Cemetery.

Remembrances: Bethel Lutheran Church.
