Mrs. Dannette W. Creel, 81, of Pooler, GA, passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Dannette was born in Tifton, GA to the late Daniel Webster Walker and Edna Mae Roberts Walker.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ray Creel, Sr. and a granddaughter, Jessica Leann Creel.  Dannette enjoyed going to church at Pooler First Baptist where she sang in the choir for many years.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking, going to the beach, but most of all, spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children, Bobby Ray Creel, Jr., Jan Creel-Busbee (James) and Pamela L. Conley (Barry); grandchildren, Bobby Ray Creel, III "Trey", Camden C. Nguyen, Kenzie K. Nguyen, Madeline K. Nguyen, Ledger Conley, and Rachel Busbee; three great-granddaughters and two great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Ruth Cook, Mary McNorrill, and Danny Walker (Sandra); sister-in-law, Bonnie Scott and several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Monday, September 11, 2023 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Pooler First Baptist Church located at 204 U.S. Highway 80.  The funeral will follow at 1 p.m. in the sanctuary of the church with burial to follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
