Clyo – Dave Lyon, 67, passed away September 2, 2023 at Effingham Hospital.

The Fort Dodge, Iowa native was a 82nd Airborne veteran that loved hunting and riding motorcycles.

Survivors include his wife, Jonnie Lyon; children, David Hunter Lyon (Angi), Maggie Angel Lawton (Van), Ashley Elizabeth Lyon, Priscilla Leah Leuschen (Sean); grandchildren, Madison Rayne Davis, D.J. Lyon, William Holloway, Evoni Lawton, Kiyara Lawton, Kheaton Lawton, David Leuschen, and Gabriel Leuschen; and a brother, Steve Lyons.

Visitation: 5:00-7:00 p.m., Friday, September 8, 2023, Funeral Home

Funeral: 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 9, 2023, Funeral Home Chapel

Entombment: Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
