Pooler-David Churchill, 61, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at his home.
David was born in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Wilbur H. & Melva Smith. He loved the Lord, enjoyed playing the harmonica, riding his Harley, and volunteering at Inner City Night Shelter of Savannah for the homeless.
Survivors include his sister, Julie (John) Blackman; two brothers, Brian (Vicky) Smith, and Patrick Smith.
