Obituary
Ellabell-Mr. David W. Jaynes, Sr., 78, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at Candler Hospital.
Mr. David was born in Oconee, SC to the late Woodrow & Velma Jaynes. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Temple, was an avid gardener, and loved the outdoors. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force, and retired from the 165th GA Air National Guard.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Gail B. Jaynes; daughter, Debra Gail Jaynes; son and daughter-in-law, David W. Jaynes, Jr. & Tracy; grandson, Avery Jaynes; sister, June.
Visitation: 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 12 noon Wednesday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
