Obituary

David Perez, born on August 20, 1974, in New York, passed away unexpectedly in Bahrain, leaving a profound void in the lives of all who knew and loved him. David built a remarkable 27-year career at Gulfstream, starting from humble beginnings and working his way up through dedication, hard work, and determination. His journey was a testament to his character and resilience. David was known for his remarkable smile, infectious humor, and adventurous spirit. A true globetrotter, he loved traveling the world, meeting new people, and building friendships that spanned continents. Always the funny guy, David had a way of making people laugh and feel at ease, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. In his free time, David found joy on the golf course, where he could relax, compete, and share laughs with friends, and in his garage, where he could bring an old car back to life. He was wise, kind, and always ready to brighten a room with his unique charm and boundless energy.
David is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Perez; his daughter, Alexandra Perez; his sons, Joshua Barker, Jason Barker, and Gabriel Perez; Mother, Pillar Collao; his brother, Peter Perez and his granddaughters, Britney, Breanna, and Avery Barker. His unwavering love and support for his family were the foundation of his life, and his memory will live on in their hearts forever.  The visitation will be on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home - WEST CHATHAM CHAPEL - 901 West Highway 80 - Pooler, Georgia.
