Rincon – Deborah S. Creech, 63 passed away Sunday morning November 8, 2020 in the presence of her family.

She was born in Savannah, GA on September 9, 1957. Deborah was a graduate of Effingham County High School c/o 1975. After 35 years of dedication, she retired from Kroger where she never met a customer who wasn't considered family; they all loved Deborah that worked in the meat department! She was also a life long member of Oak Grove Church of Christ.

She is survived by her parents: LeHue Bennett and Exie Kessler; siblings: Bruce Kessler (Kim), Christine Holt, and Mark Bennett (Renee); children: Jamie Duncan (Tom) and Christina Sheffield; grandchildren: Ashley Sanders, Katie Duncan, Chris Duncan, Jacob Sheffield, and Daniel Sheffield.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy Creech; step-father, Erwin Kessler; and step-mother, Sherry Bennett.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at 5 P.M. at Oak Grove Church of Christ in Rincon, GA.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Savannah, Kindred Hospice of Statesboro, and the staff at Westwood PAC in Statesboro for their kind and compassionate care.
