Mr. Dewey Harris Anderson, 76, of Pooler, GA, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2022.

Dewey was born in Glennville, GA and retired from the U.S. Army.  He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church where he was the choir director for over 20 years and was a member of the men's club.  He was also a member of the American Band Members Association.

Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Tonya L. Anderson; sons, Sean Anderson and Jamie Anderson; grandchildren, Kobie, Jacob, Pierce, and Liv.

The visitation will be on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

The funeral will be on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 3 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church located at 320 Benton Drive in Pooler.  The burial will follow at Mt. Moriah Cemetery in Lyons, GA.
