Diane H. Gavin
Rincon- Diane H. Gavin, 69, died Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Effingham Care Center.
The Effingham County native was a member of Rincon Baptist Temple and was retired from Effingham County Board of Education. She had been a member of the Artist's Association.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Gavin; daughters, Amanda King (Johnny) and Stacey Gavin; her mother, Sadie L. Hurst; sister, Terri Davis (Rodney); brothers, David Hurst (Pat), Wayne Hurst (Hazel), and Mark Hurst (Becky); grandchildren, Victoria King, Austin King, Kristen King and Caroline King; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 9:30 – 10:45 am Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Rincon Baptist Temple.
Funeral: 11 am Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at Rincon Baptist Temple.
Interment: Effingham Memorial Gardens
