Mrs. Dolores Waller, 81, of Bloomingdale, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Mrs. Dolores was born in Pleasant Hill, SC to the late T.J. & Susie Cribb. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bloomingdale where she was a member of the Adult Ladies One Sunday School Class and the choir. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano, cooking, gardening, and any type of church or family activity. She retired from Candler Hospital as an orthopedic nurse after 35 years. Survivors include her husband, Ronald L. Waller; two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie & Jennie Waller, and Mark & Tammy Waller; grandchildren and their spouses, Elizabeth & Jerry Thorne, Jarrod & Annarita Waller, Shelby & Bryan Calloway, and Abbey Waller; great-grandchildren, Julia Thorne and Martina Waller; sister, Mary Sue & Kelly Howell; brothers, Don Cribb, Bob & Carol Cribb; brothers and sisters-in-law, Roland & Ann Waller, Linda & E.A. Cheek, and a number of nieces and nephews. The visitation will be on Sunday at the First Baptist Church of Bloomingdale, located at 2 East Moore Street, from 2 until 3 p.m. followed by the funeral at 3 p.m. Rev. Jason Rowe and Rev. Darrell Bailey will officiate. Members of the Ladies One Adult Sunday School Class will serve as Honorary Pallbearers. Jimmy Maddox and Gary Baxter will provide the music. Burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
