Mr. Donald "Aaron" Burnsed, 72 of Newnan, GA passed away on March 30, 2023 at Newnan Piedmont Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Aaron was born to the late Donald and Hazel Burnsed.  He was also preceded in death by his son, Elliott Burnsed and his sister Janet Waters.  He was a graduate of Effingham County high school.  He then went to work for Delta Airlines, retiring in 2002.  He was a member of Powers Baptist Church.

Aaron enjoyed the outdoors; fishing, camping, hunting and vacationing in the mountains.  He loved spending time with his grandchildren on their nature walks and vacationing with them.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Burnsed; son, Keith Burnsed; daughter-in-law, Claire Burnsed; grandchildren, Hannah Burnsed, Kayla Veal (Caleb), Ethan Burnsed, Aaryn Burnsed, Layne Burnsed and Haylynn Burnsed; great-grandson, Charlie Veal; brother, Dewayne Burnsed (Katherine) and several nieces and nephews.

The graveside funeral and burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Powers Baptist Church Cemetery located at the corner of Hwy 80 and Old River Road in Eden, Georgia.
