Mr. Donald Langford, 90, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025.
Donald is survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews. He was very proud of his family.
Donald was born in Savannah, Georgia to the late Glenn and Lena Hallman Langford. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Essie L. Conway, Glenice Sills, Glenn Langford, Jr., Hilda Bloomer, Mary Wingate, and his twin brother, Ronald Langford. He was a 1952 graduate of Savannah High School. He received his Master's Degree in teaching and taught at Richard Arnold High School for several years, and began teaching at Windsor Forest High School when it opened, and the first annual was dedicated in his honor. He was also a recipient of the Star Teacher Award. He was an accomplished musician and played in the Savannah Symphony.
Donald's wishes were to be cremated.
