Donna Faye Eubanks

Mrs. Donna Faye Eubanks, 68, of Guyton, Georgia passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026 at the Effingham Extended Care Facility.

Donna will be missed by her husband of 51 years, Carl D. Eubanks; sons, Jeremy Eubanks (Becky) and Caleb Eubanks (Caroline); grandchildren, Caleigh Eubanks, Jackson Eubanks, Caroline Eubanks, Berkley Eubanks, Kennedy Eubanks, Gracynn Eubanks, and Blakely Eubanks; sister, Marsha Lynn Helton, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Donna was born in Mobile, Alabama and was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Ward Helton and Avilene “Toni” Jones Helton; brother, Donnis Helton; half-brother, James Carrol Stevens; half-sister, Margie Martin. Donna loved her family, especially being a granny to her grandchildren and watching them play sports. She enjoyed watching her sons play baseball and playing “tour guide” taking everyone to River Street. She will be remembered for being outgoing, liking horses, and for her love of painting.

The visitation will be on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the funeral home. The funeral to celebrate Donna’s life will follow at 3 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with the burial to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Meldrim. Pastor Steve Purnell will officiate. The active pallbearers will be Jackson Eubanks, Bryson King, Brian King, Eddie Pevey, Tony Carter, and Erin Purvis. The honorary pallbearer will be Frankie Morton.
