SAVANNAH: Mrs. Doris W. Lanigan, 79, passed away Saturday, May 19, 2012 at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Mrs. Lanigan was born in Bulloch County and lived in Savannah most of her life. She was of the baptist faith.
She survived by her sons, Steve Lanigan (Rhonda) and Timmy Lanigan; sisters, Rita White and Bobbie Thackston (Floy); brothers, Denver Ward and Coleman Ward (Deloris); grandchildren, Timothy and Brooks Lanigan; great grandchild, Callie Lanigan and several nieces and nephews.
The graveside service to honor Mrs. Lanigan's life was on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery on Dean Forest Road with Rev. Kenny Harrelson officiating.
