Doris Mills Moseley
Guyton – Doris Mills Moseley, 86, passed away January 14, 2018 at her residence after a long illness.
The Emmanuel County native was a homemaker and avid gardener.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Kate Skinner Mills; husband, Carl Dean Moseley, Sr.; son, Richard Stapleton; step-son, Carl Dean Moseley, Jr.; brothers, Hammond, Luther, Roy, Ralph, Jr., Sonny, and Otis Mills; sisters, Elizabeth Lee and Mary Lou Paul.
Survivors include her children, Paul (Sherry) Stapleton, Donald (Kathleen) Stapleton, Joey Stapleton, Randy (Glenda) Stapleton, Doris Taylor, Linda (Bobby) Clay, and Pauline (Bill) Morgan; daughter-in-law, Tillerie Stapleton; step-daughter, Beverly (Kenny) Stewart; sisters, Bonnie Spearman and Rosie Pollard; numerous grandchildren ,great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel.
Interment will be in the Moseley-Stapleton Family Cemetery in Bulloch County.
