Obituary
Mrs. Dorothy Underwood Roach, 95, of Pooler, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 at The Place at Pooler.
Mrs. Dorothy was born in Emanuel County to the late Barney C. & Leola S. Underwood. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Samuel F. Roach. She attended Calvary Assembly of God Church, was a beautiful seamstress, and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughter, Sammie Roach Collins; granddaughter, Kelly Scholes; great-granddaughter, Amanda Scholes; sister, Idolene Moxley; brother, Larry Underwood, and several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be on Thursday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home with the funeral to follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home. Burial will follow at Newton Cemetery in Pooler.
