Miss Dottie Norton
Guyton – Miss Dottie Norton, 74, passed away Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Effingham Care Center.
The Effingham County native was a member of the Guyton United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Lucille Norton.
Survivors include her sisters, Rachel Hales of Guyton and Nancy (Charles) Newman of Savannah; nieces, Angela Burns of Pooler and Holly (Donovan) Carson of Camas, WA; nephew, Jason Newman of Savannah; great-nephew, Ernest Sims; great-niece, Chloe Carson.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. Wednesday followed by funeral services at 11 a.m. in the chapel.
Interment will follow in Guyton Cemetery.
