Mrs. Earline Futch Shearouse, 88, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Friday, December 8, 2023 at St. Joseph's Hospital.

Earline was born and raised in Savannah.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Roland Futch and Burma Brannen Futch, her husband, Theodore Wayne Shearouse Sr., and her brother, Edward Foy Futch.  She retired from the GA Ports Authority.  She was a devout Christian and a member of the First Baptist Church of Garden City.  She enjoyed traveling and visiting with her friends, many whom preceded her in death.  She will be  remembered for being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

Survivors include her children, Dixie Shearouse, Michelle Gaddy (Gary), Ted Shearouse, Jr., and Jennifer Smith; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

The visitation will be on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 from 11 a.m. until 12 noon at the funeral home.  The funeral to honor Earline's life will follow at 12 noon in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
