Edell Harrelson Edwards

Guyton - Edell Harrelson Edwards, 92, died Friday, March 12, 2010 at Effingham
Hospital.

The Effingham County native was a member of New Providence Baptist Church, the
Fidelis Sunday School Class, and worked in the nursery for over 32 years. She was a
homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry K. Harrelson and Ollie
Camilla Zipperer Harrelson; husband, J. B. Edwards; son, Louis Marion Edwards; and
granddaughter, Janet L. Scott.

Survivors include her children, Tarver "Tootsie" Edwards (Carolyn) of Guyton, Louise
Noble (Thomas) of Claxton, and Sybil E. Tillman of Garden City; sister, Thelma Morgan
of Springfield; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a
number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel.

Interment will follow in Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery.
