Mrs. Edna Faye Hill, 77, of Midway, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at Candler Hospital.

She was born and raised in Jesup, Georgia.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Brosky and Essie Macpherson, her husband of 60 years, James Allen Hill, Sr., her daughter, Brenda Kay Douglas, a sister, Snow Hornsby, and her brother, Roy Brosky.  She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Midway where she enjoyed keeping the children in the nursery.  She always showed her love to many in the kitchen and by being a great cook.  She worked for Johnny Anderson for a number of years selling peaches at the State Farmer's Market.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, James Allen Hill, Jr. and Kathy Hill; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Thomas Edward Douglas, Jr. and Tiffany Douglas; sisters, Viola "Vi" Comignaghi and Margaret Brantley, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The visitation will be on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 from 12:30 until 1 p.m. at the funeral home followed by the funeral at 1 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
