Mario was born in Cali, Colombia, the son of the late Arnoldo Cuartas and Tulia Londoño. He liked to cook, dance and listen to music. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, María Jesús Useche Cuartas; children, Andrea María Cuartas Useche, Oscar Mario Cuartas Useche, Reinaldo Cuartas Loaiza and Claudia Cuartas Loaiza; grandchildren, Mia Lattimore, Aaliyah Pichardo, Hector Pichardo, Jr., Oxkar Cuartas, Juan David Cuartas, Sebastian Loaiza and Nicol Valencia. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday August 26, 2023 at the funeral home.
