Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Rearick, 71, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on Monday, November 11, 2024 at St. Joseph's Hospital after a long illness.

Ann was a Savannah, Georgia native that resided in Pooler, Georgia for the last 40 years.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Kermit Aubra and Minnie Lee Burke Whited; brother, Jimmy Whited; sister, Jane Munn; nephew, Jody Whited; and sister-in-law, Theresa Rearick; brothers-in-law, Clyde Munn, Jerry Nabors, and John J. Rearick, Jr.

Ann was employed in the shipping industry, most recently, working at the Savannah Port with the ILA.  Ann was an active member of St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church.

As a young woman she enjoyed spending time at Oglethorpe Speedway, bowling, softball (where she met and married the love of her life for 40 years), and most recently enjoying all her grandchildren's accomplishments.  Ann was compassionate with a big heart always looking to help others and never met a stranger.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, godmother and will be missed.

Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Timothy Rearick; children, James C. Lee, III, Amanda Lee Zehr (Brian), and Christopher Rearick (Courtney); grandchildren, Moxon, Paxston and Rexton Zehr, Chatham, Clayton, and Clementine Rearick; sister, Lynn Whited Turner Jones (Robert); mother-in-law, Lorrainne Frew; sisters-in-law, Janice (Whited) Veal, Anne Nabors, Constance Schanck (Bruce), Maureen Rearick, Patty Briggs; brother-in-law, Michael Rearick (Marilyn); as well as several nieces and nephews.

The graveside funeral and burial will be on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 10 a.m. at The Catholic Cemetery located on Wheaton Street in Savannah, Georgia.
