Ella Mae Smith Tate

Rincon, GA – Ella Mae Smith Tate, 68, went to be with the Lord on June 20, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Laney Brown Smith; sisters, Joyce Parrish and Carolyn Jones.

Survivors include her daughters, Jennifer Maynard of Pooler and Constance Long of Rincon; grandchildren, Megan Martin and A.J. Martin both of Sumter, SC, Toni Lynn Kittrell of New York, and Aniston Smeltzer of Pooler; great-grandson, Kaiden Kittrell of New York; brother, Curtis (Linda) Smith, Jr. of Sumter, SC; sister, Jeannette Reed of Sumter, SC.

Memorial services will be Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at New Testament Lighthouse Church, 1114 Boulevard Rd., Sumter, SC 29153.

Graveside services will follow at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
