Emma Yagonia, 79, of Richmond Hill, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Memorial Hospital.

Emma was born in Cebu City, Philippines and lived here for several years.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonardo and Estelita Prieto Yagonia, and her son, Jerry Yagonia.  She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing solitare, and watching television, especially Wheel of Fortune and Judge Judy.  She will be remembered for being a great mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend.

Survivors include her daughter, Joy Hampe; grandchildren, Emma Garcia (Austin) and Kristin Hampe; great-grandson, Kason Garcia; siblings, Helen Sibugal, Tito Yagonia, Mario Yagonia, Ruth De Leon, and Raul Yagonia, as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The service to honor Emma's life will be on Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with the visitation to follow until 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
