Pooler - Mr. Emory C. Roach passed away on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at the Westview Nursing Home in Port Wentworth.
Mr. Roach was the owner/operator of Roach's Garage in Pooler. He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles A. Roach and his wife, Ruby Gracen Roach.
Survivors include his children, Emory (Susan) Roach, Jr., Jean (Buddy) West, Joan (Curtis) Rewis, Donald (Sherri) Roach, Ronald Roach, and Joyce (Jimmy) Cobb. 16 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 2 p.m. on Friday in the chapel of the funeral home and burial to follow at Newton Cemetery in Pooler.
