Ernest E. "Ernie" Tebeau

Springfield - Ernest E. "Ernie" Tebeau, 89, died Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Effingham
Extended Care.

The Effingham County native was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, was a
Painter with Kieffer Construction, and an avid fisherman. He served in the U.S. Army
and was a member of the American Legion Post, #209.

Survivors include his son, Mike Tebeau and special friend, Ann Lowe of Springfield;
sister, Sybil Adams of Shreveport, LA; grandchildren, Michelle (Clifford) Edwards,
Marcus Tebeau, and Timothy (Ashlyn) Tebeau; great-grandchildren, Joselyn Tebeau,
Laura Edwards, and Sarah Edwards; sister-in-law, Agnes Tebeau of Sylvania; and a
number of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel with Pastor Joe Copeck officiating.
Pallbearers will be Ed Thompson, Ray Saxon, Allen Kieffer, Matt Kieffer, Mike
Roddenberry, and Herbert Zoller.

Interment will follow in Springfield Cemetery Annex.
