Pooler-Mrs. Esma L. Barnwell, 84, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2016.
Mrs. Esma was born in Screven County and was preceded in death by her husband, Rayford W. "Pete" Barnwell, and a son, Rayford Wayne Barnwell. She was a member of the Pooler First Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son and two daughters-in-law, Greg & Elaine Barnwell, and Marsha Barnwell; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and a number of nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be on Saturday at 3 p.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with visitation one hour prior to the funeral home. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
