Evan Joel Wetherell, 34, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away unexpectantly on Monday, November 28, 2022 at his home.

Evan was born in Springfield, Illinois and was employed at SLG (Savannah Logistics Group).  He was a logistics guru and was a graduate of Clayton State University, Class of 2011.  He enjoyed grilling, fishing, golfing, collecting watches, as well as collecting and shooting guns.  He will be remembered for being the "life of the party" and for his love for the GA Bulldogs, "Go Dawgs", but his true love was for his wife and daughter.

Survivors include his Wife, Taylor Lee Wetherell; Daughter, Harper Lee Wetherell; Father, Milton T. Wetherell (Tricia); Mother, Lisa Wetherell Grady (Carl E.); Brothers, Aaron T. Wetherell (Shauna) and C. Kyle Wetherell (Emily); Step-Siblings, Daniel Grady (Stephanie), Drue Alston (Seth), Michael Jenke, and Chelsea Jenke; Father-in-Law, Barry B. Smith, as well as a number of Nieces and Nephews.

The Celebration of Evan's Life will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2022 in the chapel of the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Homes- WEST CHATHAM CHAPEL – 901 West Highway 80 – Pooler, GA (912) 748-2444
