Bloomingdale-Mrs. Evelyn Curl Page, 84, passed away on Friday, August 17, 2012 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.
Mrs. Evelyn was born in Dublin to the late Mabry & Becky Curl. She was also preceded in death by her husband, James S. Page. She was a member of Trinity Church of God and sang in the Tommy Davis Family Gospel Group for 20 years.
Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Glenda Jernigan (Charles) of Brunswick, Sue Hale (Joe) of Savannah and Debbie Shuman (Jerry) of Bulloch County; 9 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Reba Foskey and Lennie South, both of Savannah and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation: 5-8 p.m. Sunday at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home – West Chatham Chapel.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery.
