Mrs. Evelyn Nease Pinholster, 84, of Pulaski, Tennessee, passed away on September 27, 2017 at Meadowbrook Nursing Home in Pulaski. She was predeceased in death by her parents, Willie and Lucille Nease; husband, Omer Pinholster, and a sister, Earline Nease. Mrs. Pinholster was born in Effingham County where she lived for several years before moving to Jacksonville, Florida. She was a fun-loving person who never seemed to meet a stranger. She is survived by three daughters, Martha Pinholster of Guyton, Deborah Turner (Jimmy) of Prospect, Tennessee, and Sandra White (Richard) of Lynnville, Tennessee; three granddaughters; one grandson; two great-grandchildren; sister, Audrey Nell Tucker (Wilton) of Guyton, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The visitation will be from 1 until 2 p.m. on Friday, December 1, 2017 at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home - West Chatham Chapel - located at 901 West Highway 80 in Pooler with the memorial service to follow at 2 p.m. in the chapel. Burial will follow at Woods Family Cemetery on Sand Hill Road, Guyton, GA
