Rincon- E.W. Smith, 91, died February 16, 2016 at Effingham Care Center.
The Bulloch County native had retired from Union Camp in 1985 and was a WW II U.S. Navy Veteran. He was a longtime member of Bloomingdale Alliance Church.
Mr. Smith has gone on before his children, Connie Shearouse (Kelby), Donnie E. Smith (Carrie), and Terry M. Smith (Oesuk); 8 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be announced at a later date.
