Obituary
Savannah-Mr. Forester Leroy Ulmer, Jr., 70, passed away on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Candler Hospital.
Mr. Ulmer was born in Savannah and raised in Port Wentworth. He served his country in the U.S. Navy, and retired from Georgia Power. He was a member of the La Vida Country Club where he enjoyed golfing.
Survivors include his sons, Wayne Philip Ulmer and Mark P. Ulmer; grandchildren, Ryan, Erin, and Sydnee; sisters, Pat Scott and Gloria McCreery, and several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
The graveside funeral and burial will be at 11 a.m. on Monday at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery located at 1336 Dean Forest Road in Garden City.
