Mrs. Frances Louise Cliatt Hartley of Pooler, GA, was born on June 4, 1941, and went to be with the Lord on January 6, 2024.

She was a loving mother, grandmother and a cherished member of Trinity Methodist Church.  She was a talented seamstress, floral designer and a friendly face for everyone in the community.  She was most known for her years as a franchise owner and senior tax professional at H&R Block for over 30 years.

Frances is preceded in death by her son William Travis Cliatt, late husband Franklin Eugene Cliatt, and parents, Lamar and Frankie Strickland Leggett.

She is survived by her husband Jimmy Hartley, Sr.; brother James Lamar Leggett; son and daughter-in-law Franklin Lamar & Phyllis Cliatt; grandchildren, Marcus, Gabrielle, Macey, their husbands and wives; great-granddaughter Layla; step-sons Jimmy L. Hartley Jr., Steven Hartley and their families.

She will be greatly missed by all.  Heaven has gained a special angel.

The visitation will be on Friday, January 12, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

The funeral will be on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Trinity Methodist Church located at 320 Benton Drive in Pooler, GA.  The burial will follow at Gravel Hill Cemetery.  Frances will lie in state from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m.
