Richmond Hill, GA
Ms. Frances Rushing Hall, age 86, passed away on June 25, 2026 at Bryan County Health and Rehabilitation under the care of her loving family and Hospice Savannah. A native of Statesboro, Georgia, she had lived in Ludowici for many years before entering Bryan County Health and Rehabilitation. She was a homemaker, and was known for working with flowers, making jewelry, and fishing. She loved soap operas, animals, and making people laugh, even in her final hours.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Henry and Anna Lee Rushing, a sister, Geneva Sauls, and a great granddaughter, Avaleigh Tutor.
Surviving are her son, William Crowley of Ludowici; three daughters, Beverly Holland of Townsend, Janice Bales and Marie Barrow, both of Wadesville, IN; five grandchildren, Dezi Holland, Jonathan Bales, Bryan Bales, Ashlee Dossett (Chad), and Christopher Fultz (Arsela); and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 1 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Thomas C. Strickland and Sons Funeral Home, West Chatham Chapel.
Burial will be on a later date at Gravel Hill Cemetery.
