Mrs. Frances Lee Kennedy, 71, of Pooler, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at her home.

Frances was born in Savannah, Georgia.  She was preceded in death by her parents Wallace and Estelle Barnard Evans, her husband Henry "Hank" Kennedy Jr., brother James (Jimmy) Evans, sisters and brothers-in-law Harriet (Ann) & Jimmy Cribbs, Thelma & Herman Wallace and Tommy Albaugh, sister-in-law Gayle Perkins, nephews James "Buck" Wallace and Richard "Ricky" Wallace, father-in-law and mother-in-law Mr. & Mrs. Henry Kennedy, Sr.  She worked in the medical records field most of her life.

Survivors include her children, Phyllis Ferreira and Brian Stanhope; sisters, Marie & Donald Tootle, Mary Albaugh and Toni Cliffton;  sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Cathy  & Irvin Levine, Marie & Andy Norton, Lisa & Jay Bergstresser; brother-in-law H.L. Perkins, as well as several nieces and nephews.

The graveside funeral and burial to honor Frances' life will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 18, 2023 at The Catholic Cemetery located at 1720 Wheaton Street in Savannah, Georgia with Brother Kenny Harrelson officiating.
