Francis Berry Rahn

Stillwell- Francis Berry Rahn, 85, passed away Monday, July 30, 2018 at his residence.

He was born in Stillwell, Georgia, the youngest of seven children of Archie and Leitner Rahn.  After graduating from high school, Berry joined the US Navy during the Korean Conflict.  He was a diesel mechanic for 30 years with Atlantic Towing Company in Savannah.  He enjoyed fishing and hunting and was a charter member of the Berryville Hunting Club.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sallie Webber Rahn; his parents, Archie and Leitner Rahn; sisters, Vivian Zoller, Janet Wiseman, Irma Mooney; and a brother, Lawrence Rahn.

He is survived by two sisters, Anna Caire of Biloxi, Mississippi and Marise Wilkins of Guyton, Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, August 1, 2018 in Stillwell Cemetery, Cletus Gnann Road, Stillwell, Georgia.
