Ms. Francoise Bouchard, 79, of Daytona, Florida, passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023 at Coastal Manor.

Francoise was born on March 25, 1944 in Weedon, Canada.  She met her former husband Paul Andre' Bouchard while on Spring Break in Daytona Beach, Florida. They were married in Quebec and returned to Daytona Beach and started their family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Emile Lachance and Maria Gregoire Lachance, a brother, Jules Lachance of Weedon and a sister, Evelyn.  She retired from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  She enjoyed going out with friends, dancing, and playing the button box with her sons.  She will be remembered for being full of life and energy.  She loved her children and grandchildren dearly.

Survivors include her children, Marc Andre' Bouchard, Steven Bouchard (Karen), and Lisa Sweitzer (Todd); grandchildren, Savannah Walker (Dalton), Katherine Bouchard, Adriannah Bouchard, Christian Mesich, Tamsin Sweitzer and Ulysses Sweitzer; great-grandchildren, Sophia Walker and Emery Bouchard; siblings, Levis Lachance, Marielle Cournoyer, Agnes Lachance, Normande Lachance, Gervaise Lachance, Egide Lachance, Charles Lachance, Jean-Luc Lachance, and Jocelyn Lachance,  as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

Francoise's wishes were to be cremated.
